Celebrate the Mid-Autumn Festival with a modern twist. The Baker & The Bottleman and Conspiracy Chocolate have teamed up to create a limited-edition box of six handmade, bean-to-bar chocolates. Made with high-quality cacao beans and crafted in Hong Kong, these chocolates are a fun alternative to traditional mooncakes—perfect for gifting or sharing. Only 100 boxes are available.
The Moon (Salted Egg Caramel)
This chocolate bonbon features a hand-made, cratered surface, giving each piece a unique look. We’ve filled a dark chocolate shell with a playful 'salted duck egg' caramel, a nod to a classic Hong Kong Mid-Autumn flavour. The savoury egg perfectly balances the sweetness of the caramel, all resting on a rich layer of blonde chocolate ganache.
The Sky (Coffee Hazelnut)
Resembling a starry night sky, this hand-painted dark chocolate bonbon is filled with a delicious combination of coffee and hazelnut. Inside, you'll find a layer of stone-ground hazelnut praline over a classic coffee-chocolate ganache, infused with specialty coffee beans roasted in-house by Conspiracy Chocolate.
