When can I collect my order?
Orders are available for collection from The Baker & The Bottleman in Wan Chai, Monday to Sunday from 10am to 5:30pm.
Is there a minimum order?
There is no minimum order. Please speak to our team about wholesale orders on hello@tbtb.hk.
How do I cancel or amend my order?
All purchases made are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Uncollected orders cannot be extended to another collection date.
Is there a delivery service?
We only offer collection at the moment but watch this space.
Can I place a corporate order?
Yes, we welcome corporate orders, please email hello@tbtb.hk to reach our events team.
Is the packaging eco-friendly?
We are passionate about being as environmentally friendly as possible so yes - we have made sure that all of our packaging is either recyclable, biodegradable or made from recycled materials.
What do I do if I have not received a confirmation order?
Sometimes our emails can find their way into the wrong folder, so please check your junk items. Failing that, do not hesitate to email us on hello@tbtb.hk.
I have tried to place an order but the following message has appeared: ‘There was an issue processing your payment information. Please update the card you entered to continue.‘ - What do I do?
We advise that you contact your bank as there maybe a block on your cards for online purchases. Please be advised that if the amount shows as pending in your bank account, this will only be temporary.
