Pumpkin Cheesecake Tart This seasonal tart features an extra-dark chocolate sable crust, lined and crimped in a tart shell. It is filled with a tender, spiced pumpkin frangipane and then topped with a creamy spiced pumpkin cheesecake mousse. Each tart is finished with a chocolate "bat" topper.
Raspberry Chocolate Slice A rich seasonal slice with a chocolate shortbread base topped with a tangy baked raspberry curd. A fresh layer of raspberry is spread on top, and the slices are then finished with a delicate Italian meringue "ghost" topper, which is hand-piped and baked overnight.
These Halloween specials are available for purchase in individual units, as well as in box sets of individual flavours or a mix of half-and-half.
